Come join this gentle walk around Frick Pond with it’s varied plant life and woods. Enjoy little streams and bridges and the pond! We will talk about the care of the woods and leave no trace principles as we have before at Frick Pond.  Perfect after school and with the children or just a nice after work walk in the fall.

Event Duration:  3 miles, 2 hours

Level of Difficulty:  Easy

Bring:  Just bring something to drink and dress for fall outdoors.

Group size is limited so register early.

Fee:  No

Dogs allowed:  Yes, only with permission of event leader

Additional Information: Great for children and new hikers.

Poor weather will cancel event.

Driving Directions:  From Route 17 take exit 96. Go east on Debruce Road to signs for Mongaup State Park. Turn left onto Mongaup Road and continue to signs for the park but do not turn right.
Go straight 1/8 mile to trail head on the left and signs for Frick Pond.
