This is a classic Catskill hike, a traverse of the Burroughs Range. Starting in the Slide Mountain parking area, we’ll hike west to east to Slide (4,180′) the tallest of the Catskills High Peaks, Cornell (3,860′), and Wittenberg (,3780′) on our way to the Woodland Valley campground parking area.
