Join Lisa Lyons of Morgan Outdoors in Livingston Manor and Heather Jacksy for a lovely and easy hike in Mongaup State Park. The groups will set out on a 2.2 mile or a 4.1 mile hike from the Frick Pond trailhead at 1:00 PM. Come enjoy the glorious fall foliage set off by the waters of the beautiful ponds in the southern Catskills of Sullivan County.
Bring lunch, plenty of water and good hiking shoes. Dogs are permitted if they are good hikers and well behaved. Bring a leash.

Directions: From Rt. 17 use Exit 96/Livingston Manor. Take Debruce Rd. 6 miles east to Mongaup Rd. Turn north onto Mongaup Rd. 2.5 miles to Beech Mountain Rd. Frick Pond P.A. is about .3 miles.
From Rt. 28 in Big Indian turn south onto Oliverea/Frost Valley Rd. and go 19.3 miles to Round Pond Rd., about 1 mile north of Claryville. Follow Round Pond Rd./Willowemoc Rd. 11.6 miles to Mongaup Rd. Turn north onto Mongaup Rd. 2.5 miles to Beech Mountain Rd. Frick Pond P.A. is about .3 miles.
