Hiking in Rochester Hollow | Thursday, October 8, 10:30 AM **2015**

We will do the road and trails of Rochester Hollow as I have led here for the last 10 years. A short talk on the John Burroughs Monument will be given. Bring a very modest lunch as a surprise awaits.
Leader is a former licensed DEC hiking guide.

Event Duration:  4.5 miles, 3.5 hours

Level of Difficulty: Easy-Moderate

Bring: lunch, plenty of water.

Registration required by October 5.  Use registration form below to register.

Group size is limited so register early.

Fee:  No

Dogs allowed:  Yes, with permission of event leader. Very well behaved dogs are welcome.

Additional Information: Past Catskill celebrities on this hike include Bill Rudge, Joan Burroughs and Diane Galusha. We hope to see them again.

Driving Directions:  Trail head is just west of the Peekamoose restaurant on Rt. 28 on Matyas Road in Big Indian. Drive to the end of the road.
