Yoga for Gardening at Mountain Top Arboretum

Join us for outdoor* yoga classes led by Pamela Martin and other local yoga teachers. Learn tips and tricks to avoid injury, and to help support the body during gardening and yard work. A stretch and strength class appropriate for multiple levels. Please bring a mat, water, sunscreen and bugspray. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
*in case of inclement weather, sessions will take place indoors in the Education Center.

Driving Directions: From the east/ Route 23 A/Kaaterskill Clove, turn right at the Stewart’s Shops in Haines Falls. This is County Route 25. Take County Route 25 approximately 2.75 miles. At the intersection with All Souls Church, veer left. The Arboretum entrance is on your left. From the west on Route 23A turn left at the traffic light in Tannersville onto Co. Hwy 23C, go two miles, and the entrance to the Arboreteum is on the right.
