Nature Sketching

October 6, 2019 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Sketching can be a great way to get in touch with nature. Join Catskills Visitor Center staff member Kelli for an introduction to the basic practice of nature sketching. Take part in a short, guided activity before striking out on your own on the Visitor Center’s property and trails to draw, doodle, paint, or sketch. Whether you haven’t drawn since you were a kid or you’re a photo-realism expert, come experience the camaraderie of taking some time to enjoy art and nature with like-minded folks.
