Watershed Hike with Yoga – Seager Trail

A short woodland walk abutting and sometimes crossing babbling Dry Brook, leading to a small waterfall in a clearing.
We’ll have a brief session of yoga stretches and meditation and a discussion about the protection of waterways in our area.
Event Duration: 1.5 miles, 2.5 hours
Level of Difficulty: Easy-Moderate

Additional Information: No yoga mat or experience needed; bring water, snacks, bug spray and rain gear if needed. Cancelled in case of heavy rain or thunderstorms.

Driving Directions: From SR 28 in Arkville drive south down Dry Brook Road to the Dead End; parking area and trailhead. This hike is partnering with the Morton Memorial Library 22 Elm Street in Pine Hill; participants can also meet at the library by 9am and carpool to the trailhead, or meet at the trailhead at 9:30 prepared to hike with sturdy hiking shoes that can get a little wet.
