Join Woodstock Land Conservancy for a Fall Foliage Hike at our Snake Rocks Preserve!
Fall in the Catskills is an abundantly colorful time of year, offering countless lookout points for hikers to enjoy the painted vistas the changing leaves provide. Join Woodstock Land Conservancy’s Melissa Peterson for a leisurely hike at our Snake Rocks Preserve to enjoy the colorful mountainside views of this short lived yet gorgeous yearly phenomenon from the look out points of the preserve.
We highly recommend you bring a camera for this hike!

*There is no public parking at this preserve, carpooling from our meeting location will be necessary*

Covid-19 Guidelines:   We ask participants to be vaccinated and to cancel if they or members of their household are or have been ill with covid-like symptoms within the past ten days.   Other guidelines may apply, depending on event. The event leader will inform participants.

Driving Directions:   Traveling from State Route 28 take Route 375 towards Woodstock, take a left onto Route 212 (Mill Hill Rd)travel through the village of Woodstock making a left onto Dixon Ave. Rick Volz Field will be about 1/4-1/2 in on your left. We will be parking in front of the baseball Field and carpool to the preserve from there.
