We will hike to the Mt. Tremper fire tower via the parking area on Jessup Road, in Willow. The route will use the beautiful Warner Creek trail which is the gentler and less rocky approach. Hikers will have the opportunity to climb the tower unless it is closed at the time for safety reasons. This hike will qualify towards the DEC 2022 fire tower challenge patch.

Driving Directions:  To Tremper Mountain Trailhead on Jessup Rd.  Take Rte. 212 to Van Wagner Rd. in Willow. Turn north and drive to the Post Office. Turn west on Jessup Rd. and follow to the NYSDEC parking area on the left.
