SUMMARY:Headwaters Trails to Bald Mountain
DESCRIPTION:We will start at the Ball Fields across from the DEC Offices on Route 10 North in Stamford and walk the Headwaters Trail to the top of Bald Mountain where will have 270 degree view of the Catskill Mountains. Some of the trails are steep\, and there is a very short bushwack. We will go over the other side  of the mountain and walk down and around the mountain back to the parking lot. \nEvent Duration: 6 miles\, 3.5 hours \nLevel of Difficulty:  Moderate-Difficult \nLeader: Bob Moses \nBring: Lunch/ snacks\, water/ drink\, sunscreen\, insect repellent\, rain gear\, sturdy hiking shoes \nremove registration if it is not needed — it should only be removed if the event is an open event like a movie/lecture etc.  Other events should require registration. \nRegistration is limited to 12 people and is registration is October 5.  Use registration form below to register. \nPLEASE contact the leader and cancel if you are not able to come as others may want to take your place. \nDogs allowed:  Yes\, only with permission of event leader. \nAdditional Information:  This is a rain or shine event. \nQuestions about this event can be directed to: roberthmoses47@gmail.com \nDriving Directions: \nGPS coordinates: 42.42256\, -74.61978 \nAfter you press “Submit” below the registration form\, you will see a screen that says “Your registration has been submitted”.
